The Ross County Fair will begin on August 6th and end on the 13th. This year marks the 72nd Annual Ross County Fair! The Ross County Fair is fun for all ages. Everyone will be entertained! Live bands, harness racing, 4-H, a demolition derby, rides, and don’t forget everyone’s favorite… fair food! Of course there is so much more than just those few things going on this coming week. General Admission for the Ross County Fair is $5.00 (ages 7 & up), $4.00 for Senior Citizens (62 & over). You can also purchase the “season ticket” which will get you in to the fairgrounds the whole fair. The season ticket is just $25.00 for general admission and $15.00 for Senior Citizens. On Thursday Veterans & Their spouses with Military ID will be of no charge. Also on Thursday Active Military Personnel and their family will be of no charge with ID.

This year the fair will be packed full of events each day. on Saturday, opening day of the Ross County Fair will be Harness Racing at 12:00 PM and the Garden Tractor Pull at 6:00 PM. Sunday there will be harness racing at 12:00 PM and the Ross County Jr. Fair, and at 8:00 PM the King & Queen Contest.

Monday 10:00 AM is the Kiddie Tractor Pull with 8 classes for ages, then at 7:00 PM KOI Drag racing! Tuesday is Jr. Fair Night. Wednesday the 10th is the Motocross Championship at 6:00 PM and comedy night at 8:00 PM. Thursday at 7:00 PM Tenth Avenue North will be performing at the Grandstand! Tickets are on sale now at the Visitors Bureau or online. They are just $15.00 for the grandstand or $20.00 for the “pit”.

Friday at 7:00 PM is the Tuff Truck & Autocross! Saturday the 13th the final night of the Ross County Fair at 11:00 AM is the Kiddie Tractor Pull. 7:00 PM is the Demolition Derby, and at 10:00 PM is the closing Fireworks!
