Picnic tables on site to rest and learn about all of the attractions in Ross County.
Short-term RV parking is available on the perimeter of the parking lot.
Grant Assistance Program
The purpose of the RCCVB Grant Assistance Program is to provide cooperative funding to non-profit/profit organizations, attractions, and individual events in the Chillicothe and Ross County area for promotion of an event or program. Promotions will allow the Bureau to participate in the community by providing assistance to eligible candidates and provide an avenue for the organizers of the events to promote the activity thus increasing awareness and the potential for tourism visitation.
Brochure Assistance Program
The purpose of the RCCVB Brochure Assistance Program is to provide funding to non-profit/profit organizations, attractions, and individual events in the Chillicothe and Ross County area for promotion of a business, event, or program.
The Ross-Chillicothe Convention & Visitors Bureau has several areas that Volunteers can help play a role in Ross County’s Tourism! During peak times of the year the Ross-Chillicothe CVB has a high volume of information requests that volunteers help to fulfill, creating welcome bags for visitors, opportunity to assist at trade shows, and assist with office coverage. World Heritage 101
Another useful resource for front line workers as the World Heritage designation approaches for the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks. This provides a quick resource of what World Heritage is, information on who the Hopewell Culture was, and information about the sites that are included in the nomination.
