Each year hundreds of ghouls and goblins (and their parents of course) descend upon downtown Chillicothe in search of their favorite haunting treats. Businesses are encouraged to welcome these little ones to visit their shops and help them celebrate Halloween! The JayCee’s Halloween Parade is slated to begin at 7pm that evening.
