Craft Bazaars and Holiday Events

Autumn has been a very busy time in Ross County this year. In October, we celebrated 50-years of the Fall Festival of Leaves in Bainbridge, experienced the birth of a new festival with the Chillicothe Halloween Festival, plus all of the new and returning events and activities in September and October. It’s definitely been a milestone year for Ross County and we’re very proud to be the partner to help promote all of these wonderful activities. As we shift gears and move into November, we’re going to be focusing on all of the holiday activities that’s coming up.

Paxton Theatre, in Bainbridge, will start the season off by hosting RFD-TV’s program, The Best of America by Horseback this weekend (November 4th & 5th). This program will be filmed for the network’s Christmas Music Special & Salute to the Troops. Both days will be filled with music, commentary, stories, cameos and surprises.

The Junior Civic League’s annual Christmas Gala “Winter Wonderland” will also kick off the season on Saturday. The Christmas Gala helps raise money for families in need. This event offers an evening out with dinner, cocktails and music.
