Southern Ohio Events presents the 2nd Annual Chillicothe Halloween Festival. The festival features Halloween-themed merchandise, entertainment, exhibits and contests. Contests include pumpkin carving, costume and coffin races. There will be mechanical rides and inflatables and live entertainment including the headless horseman.

This event showcases coffins created by the teams to race down the middle of Yoctangee Park during the Chillicothe Halloween Festival. A Halloween twist on the old favorite soapbox derby!
