Event Guidelines

To have your event included on the Ross-Chillicothe CVB Community Calendar of Events, please review the guidelines below and complete the submission form.
• Event must take place within Ross County
• Open to the general public. (Events with admission fees are allowed)
• All images, content, and descriptions of events must be appropriate to all audiences.
• Events are without political or religious endorsements.

Ineligible events include, but not limited to:
• School sporting events / school gatherings
• Yard sale / Garage sale
• Commercial or sales function promoting only a business or its products
• Political rallies, events and fundraisers
• Routine/weekly religious services, support group meetings, etc.
• Events located outside of Ross County

Should you need to modify information within your event – please send an email with the corrections to: info@visitchillicotheohio.com.

Events that are submitted will be reviewed by the staff and approved within 24-48 hours. Events will not appear on the calendar until staff has reviewed & approved the event.

The submission form’s functionality has been tested by using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Microsoft Explorer. Please make sure that you have the most current version of your favorite web browser.

The Ross-Chillicothe Convention & Visitors Bureau has the right to exclude or remove any event submitted that does not meet guidelines. Submitted events may be edited/modified to ensure content compliance on the calendar. All events are approved at the discretion of the Ross-Chillicothe CVB.
