The Storytelling Festival will be returning next weekend! September 9th and 10th the tradition of storytelling is back in Historic Downtown Chillicothe. This amazing festival brings the best storytellers to tell family friendly stories.
This family friendly event both educates and entertains! It’s the perfect festival for the whole family. There will also be many popular bluegrass musicians for you to sit back and listen to some great music!
Friday evening performances will take place from 6:00 – 9:00 pm with Ilene Evans, Alton Chung, Stephen Hollen, Kim Weitkamp, and Andy Offutt Irwin. Friday night there will also be ghost stories at the historic Majestic Theatre from 9:30 – 11:00 pm. Admission for the ghost stories included with your ticket purchase.
Saturday will bring you a great day packed with many different stories. Saturday’s line up is listed below:
