This month's game is Fluxx & Smash-Up.  We are building a collection of board games, and we will be featuring them over the next several months.  Let us know how you like these games, and what some of your other favorites are.  Great way to meet fellow board gamers too!!

Learn the history of South Salem from local historian, Lew Speakman.

Join us for some button making fun. Design your own or choose from a a design provided and assemble your own buttons. For teens and pre-teens.

Come meet Adena Endocrinologist Gianian L. Usera, MD, ECNU.  Dr. Usera will be joining us to talk about what it means to have diabetes, ways to try and prevent it, ways to manage it (lifestyle & medications), as well as the role of nutrition in its management.

Want to get into some Harry Potter-themed shenanigans? Join us for our Harry Potter Read Aloud and stay to make troll bogey slime. This slime will be especially sticky and lumpy just like troll bogeys!  Registration is required.

Come in and test your pirate skills. Make a pirate hat, create an origami parrot, and most importantly talk like a pirate.

Visit with a Ranger from the Hopewell Culture National Historic Park. Learn about 2,000 year history of this incredible park.  You may also participate in an archaeology dig.

Our lunchtime book group meets the third Wednesday of every month at noon in the Main Library meeting room.  Bring your lunch and come chat with us!  September's book "White Dog Fell From the Sky" by Eleanor Morse.  Registration required.
