Annual competition open to artists within a 75-mile radius of Chillicothe.

Celebrate Bilbo's birthday with a hobbit-style gathering. Enjoy snacks inspired by "The Hobbit" while watching "The Desolation of Smaug." If you like, bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the food pantry in honor of Bilbo, Frodo, and his fellow hobbit food-loving gourmands. No registration is necessary.
