Each year hundreds of ghouls and goblins (and their parents of course) descend upon downtown Chillicothe in search of their favorite haunting treats. Businesses are encouraged to welcome these little ones to visit their shops and help them celebrate Halloween! The JayCee’s Halloween Parade is slated to begin at 7pm that evening.
Join us for a free community event in our parking lot. We will have hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, games, and prizes. This will take place during the downtown trick-or-treat, before the halloween parade.
