Chillicothe Academy of Mixed Martial Arts (CAMMA) is hosting a Women’s Krav Maga self-defense seminar. The seminar will be instructed by 2nd degree black belt Scott King of Southern Ohio Krav Maga.

Topics include: quick review of situational awareness & basic Krav Maga combatives then progresses to self-defense techniques & ground fighting defenses.

If you are interested in learning how to protect yourself, then this seminar is for you! No previous experience or training is necessary to participate. This women-only seminar will allow participants to train in a supportive environment with greater focus on threats and situations that are specific to females.

Krav Maga is the hand-to-hand combat self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces and many other counter-terrorism and Special Forces Units worldwide. Krav Maga is direct, effective and natural to learn.
