“The Hills” Annual Art Competition is open to artists 16 or older residing within 75-mile radius of Chillicothe. The exhibit consists of 31 artists who have submitted 94 pieces of artwork. This exhibition features a wide variety of media, styles and subject matter. There are several new artists this year along with your local favorites.
