Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help:
- Improve balance & physical function
- Enhance social and mental well-being
- Improve Confidence in conducting daily activities
- Reduce fall-related risks and injuries
- Maintain independence
- Improve quality of life
Adults: Join us for an introduction. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Our guest presenter is Pam Nichols, a certified Tai Chi instructor through the Tao Academy of Kansas City.
