The start of Summer is almost here & as yogis we will celebrate together through movement, breath & heart-felt intention to carry with us into the new season. After we arrive at the Geode Yoga Dome & warm-up Colleen Gallick will lead our practice of meditation in motion with 108 sun salutations (9 sets of 12) and before each set of salutations we will set an intention to bring purpose into our practice. The 108 is a re-set four times a year when we come to our mats to understand where we are in our bodies & how we have arrived in our minds. You are welcome to do only as many salutations as you please but after all 108 there is a lightness & clarity that has made this one of my favorite practices & I can’t wait to share it with you!
