Ross County NAACP will holding their Annual Jubilee Celebration & Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Observance. The speaker for this joyous occasion will be Rev. Victor Davis, who is the minister at Quinn Chapel AME Church.

Jubilee Day is the celebration of the Emancipation Proclamation of 1863 when President Lincoln freed the slaves. It’s a day of reflection, rededication and celebration of heritage and to commemorate our country’s dedication to the belief in Liberty and Equality for every citizen.

The Ross County NAACP’s officers will also be sworn in for a 2-year term and all are welcome to attend.
