Reluctant readers or kids first learning to read are encouraged to pay a visit to our “listening dog”. Reading to a licensed therapy dog allows children to develop their skills by reading aloud in a therapeutic, no-pressure environment.  He is great with kids and very gentle , and he loves to listen!  Call the library to reserve your 15 minute time slot every Monday.
