The Board of Directors of the Pump House Center for the Arts announce our annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 27^th at 7 PM at the Pump House. Light refreshments will be served.

Our speaker will be local artist, Angie Terry.  Angie will be giving a demonstration on decorating Pysanky eggs.  These Ukrainian eggs are created by using batik or wax resist.  Designs are drawn on the egg with hot beeswax, using a kistka, a writing tool with a small metal funnel attached to a handle.  Colorful designs are created on the egg through a series of beeswax drawings and dye baths.  The beeswax is melted and removed to reveal the design.

The meeting is open to all Pump House Members and the public.
