Preserving the Harvest -Food Preservation Class

FreeJoin Lisa Barlage of OSU Ross County Extension Office as she presents a workshop on how to properly preserve your own garden produce. Learn the basic techniques of safely canning and freezing foods like jams & jellies, pickling, waterbaths, freezing, blanching, and pressure canning. The workshop will include recipes, tips and suggestions. Workshop participates are encouraged to bring their pressure cookers to have then tested for accuracy. For more info:
