Our speaker: Jonathan N. Waters Director, The Ohio State University Marching (T.B.D.B.I.T.L) and Athletic Bands. You are probably aware that, in just one year, Jon Waters has brought T.B.D.B.I.T.L. to the awareness of the nation. The OSU Marching Band has been featured in “viral” Youtube videos, and an Apple Corp. commercial. He received his Bachelors of Music Education degree from Ohio State in 1999. Serving as Graduate Assistant Director for the Marching Band, he earned two masters degrees, one in Music Education and another in Wind Band Conducting, from Ohio State in 2001. Waters’ duties include writing shows, rehearsing, and conducting The Ohio State University Marching Band, and the Athletic Bands.
