Before electricity we relied on moonlight to travel at night and guide us. Without the light of the moon in the night sky the new moon asks us to take a pause from our busy lives & sit quietly with ourselves. When we clear our minds of distraction & thoughts our intuition can come through & we can realize what it is we want & what changes we need. On the evening of November 14th we will meet at the Geode Dome in Chillicothe surrounded by woods & sitting in candlelight as Colleen Gallick leads us through yoga, meditation & a crystal singing bowl sound bath to practice listening to intuition that speaks without words. This practice will offer you tools to understand yourself & your needs so that the rest of the month is yours to put work into living, breathing & making choices with intention.
