Mindful Eating
January 7, 2018 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
$35.00CHANGE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD PERMANENTLY.
We get hungry. We eat. Our eating is often done without mindful attention. We eat while we work, watch television, read, and while using our mobile phone or tablet. What is also concerning is that we often don’t actually pay attention to what we eat. The consequences of all this distracted eating are profound: unwanted weight gain, boredom/stress eating, and eating food that actually makes us feel horrible! What if you actually were mindful about the food you eat?
Food can be poison or our food can be nectar, nourishing and nutritious. It is all a matter of informed and mindful choices! When we eat with awarenenss, we maintain health and feel fantastic!
