This is a track & field meet for youth ages 7-18, and open/masters for ages 19 and up. The event will be held at the new Chillicothe High School Sports complex.

Lyman England II was an area track & cross country official who passed away in May, 2011. his wife, Connie, and family, established the scholarship in his name for area track or cross country athletes. The Chillicothe Track & Cross Country Officials Association helps review applications and selects the recipients.
