The Pump House Center for the Arts is pleased to present the oil paintings of local artist, John K. Victor.  Victor, artist, musician, and avid outdoorsman has resided in Ross County for over 50 years.  He studied art at the Columbus College of Art & Design, worked as a designer/illustrator for the Chillicothe Gazette and just retired from his 30 year career as a graphic designer from the Ohio State University.
