Schmidt’s Day at the Ross County Heritage Center
Cream Puffs and Coverlets

Come join us for a day of German Heritage celebration on Friday September 20th at the Ross County Heritage Center from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The main attraction will be the food truck from Schmidt’s Sausage Haus of Columbus from which you may purchase delicious sandwiches, platters, sides and the very memorable, very large cream puffs!
Tents and tables will be set up to allow for a relaxing meal though to-go orders will be available also.
Visitors to the Heritage Center will be treated to new exhibits in the museum as well. The German Heritage exhibit will present many artifacts and archival materials from the collections of the Historical Society relating to the lives and contributions of Germans in Ross County’s history.
This annual exhibit will be available for only one week after this day, so make a point to see it.
In addition, an exhibit of historic coverlets will high-light mostly Ross County weavers with a German heritage. These beautiful coverlets will be exhibited through the end of the year.
