Family Fit is a family oriented program that brings together families with children between the ages of 6 and 14 for two hours, one day a week during a six week period. Classes include cooking demonstrations, meal planning and exercise and behavior counseling taught by Adena Health dietitians. Program costs include all materials and a three-month family membership to the YMCA of Ross County. For more information about the Family Fit Program or to register, call (740) 779-7520.
