Join the Chillicothe and Ross Public Libraries for an Eclipse viewing party.  If you need a great spot to view the solar eclipse, feel free to go to the Northside Branch, Howard S. Young(Frankfort) Branch, Paxton (Bainbridge) Branch, Main Library Annex, Richmond Dale Branch, Kingston Branch and at 2:30pm you will experience the eclipse together.
