This fun drive by will make the children, young and old smile! “Twinkles”, the elf, will have a bag for children to drop off letters to Santa from the car window and each child will recieve a packaged cookie and candy cane. ENTRY ONLY FROM Jefferson Ave. and EXIT ONTO DOUGLAS Ave.
