The businesses in downtown Chillicothe will be holding a special Trick-or-Treat event. Participating locations will be identified by orange & black balloons. The downtown trick-or-treat will take place the same day as the annual Chillicothe Jaycees parade. Be sure to make plans to grab a bite to eat at one of the many local eateries after trick-or-treat, prior to the start of the parade.
