Discover Downtown Chillicothe, a Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce managed program, announces its 2nd Annual Downtown Scarecrow Contest. This contest is open to individuals, businesses, organizations/non-profits, and clubs within the community. The contest was created to provide a unique event to celebrate fall and Halloween in downtown Chillicothe.

Scarecrows will be on display beginning Saturday, October 7th and continuing through Friday, October 27th.
