Just like everything in nature, our bodies have energies & as we move through the stresses of life that energy can change. In this workshop at the beautiful Geode Yoga Dome in Chillicothe OH, we will use different sound vibrations to realign our energy. The seven crystal singing bowls vibrate at the different frequencies of the musical scale which also corresponds to our chakras (the body’s energy centers.) Colleen will lead you through a restorative practice of poses chosen to balance our chakras one-by-one while adding in a layer of vibration in each pose. We will end in a resting pose and enjoy a sound bath of tones played in a song for full-body alignment and ease.
