Botanical Cocktails and Floral Garnishes

With spring right around the corner, this class will cover the beauty of botanical cocktails. Using fresh florals to create simples, shrubs, and infusions to elevate your spring beverages. We will also discuss trends in the spirit world and how distillers are including botanicals in their products while sampling a few varieties. Along with samples, you will create 2 botanical cocktails, both including beautiful and intricate garnish techniques.
Community Education workshops are open to the general public regardless of educational background.
Community Education workshops are non-credit and do not carry credit applicable toward an Ohio University degree or transfer to other institutions.
