The Chillicothe and Ross County Public Library’s annual Black History Month Event will celebrate African American arts and artists in our community. Please join us at OUC Bennet Hall starting at 6pm for a social hour.

You’ll have the opportunity to talk to local artists and enjoy light refreshments.
