Black History Month – Guest Lecture

FreeJoin #OHIOChillicothe, in partnership with the Ross County NAACP, as we celebrate Black History Month 2021. This year’s theme is “The Black Experience: Art and Social Justice”. Vince Robinson will host the lecture, followed by a time for Q&A.
