Local Chillicothe artist Skip Hathaway will offer an art class for children of all ages. The classes will begin at 12:00 pm and will take place at the Education Center. Children of all ages are welcome to attend this event, which is offered at no cost. Art supplies will be provided and children must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.
