From June 12 to June 25, 2017 + Gallery Showing on Sunday, July 2, three nationally known Ohio plein air artists will participate in the Highlands Nature Sanctuary third annual artist-in-residency program.  Visit with these artists as they interpret the scenery as seen from many locations along the Sanctuary’s trails, whether it is a cedar laden field, a rocky gorge filled with rushing waterfall, or a single milkweed blooming.  Besides watching the artists paint nature on location, workshops, activities, and a final gallery showing will accompany this residency.
