The Friends of Lucy is a local organization dedicated to promoting knowledge about Lucy Webb-Hayes, the wife of the 19th President of the United States, Rutherford B. Hayes and the Chillicothe house in which she was born in 1831. The organization currently maintains and operates the building and offers tours of the house to the general public. The members meet once a year at the annual meeting to elect the Board of Directors, officers for the coming year and to receive reports.
