Our annual kickoff party to launch our 2017 summer reading program! This year’s theme is “Build a Better World”.  The festivities will begin at 5:30 with games, snow cones and face painting on the lawn. At 6:30pm, Queen Najla, an award winning children’s African dance and drumming choreographer will kick off our three part “Stories on the Lawn” series at Northside with a program that will include stories, drumming, dance, song and Limbo games!  Free and open to the public
