Join us for a Women’s Getaway Weekend at Beechcliff Lodge, nestled in the beautiful Arc of Appalachia nature preserve just outside Bainbridge, Ohio.

Our retreat name, “Briefly, We Bloom”, is inspired by the spring ephemeral wildflowers that blanket the forest floor this time of year. These delicate blooms appear for only a short season before fading away. The word ephemeral comes from the Greek ephemeros, meaning “lasting only a day” — a gentle reminder to savor the beauty of the present moment.

(Saturday only and weekend options available!) During our weekend together, we’ll hike woodland trails in search of these wildflowers, practice yoga, meditate, journal, and enjoy creative workshops featuring art and Ayurveda. You’re welcome to participate in everything or simply choose what feels good. This weekend is about honoring what you need.

We’ll close with “The Ephemeral Edit,” a relaxed personal photo session to capture the spirit of your time here. Your edited images will be emailed to you after the retreat — a meaningful keepsake from a special weekend.

The charming 1912 lodge sits among towering beech trees beside Rocky Fork Creek, offering the perfect space to unplug, breathe deeply, and reconnect. Come with a friend or arrive solo and make new ones.

The Details

Full weekend retreat runs from 5:00 PM Friday – 11:00 AM Sunday.
Saturday only option runs from 10 AM – 6 PM Saturday.

Early Bird Pricing: $300 per person for full weekend or $80 for Saturday only option, through March 31
Includes:
• Two nights of lodging (shared rooms, two women per room, single beds)
• All vegetarian meals

Meals will be vegetarian. If you have special dietary needs, please contact us before registering, as we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Cell service is limited at the lodge (Sprint is the only carrier with service on Cave Road). A short drive to Highway 50 connects to most providers — consider it a gentle invitation to unplug.

Cancellation Policy: We’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations after April 10. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a female friend or family member.
