At Tristan Miller Foundation, Their mission is for everyone to know it is okay to not be okay.  They have a personal mission to elevate this topic to the forefront. Suicide is the tenth leading cause of death in the US and even more alarming, the second leading cause of death for 10-24 year-olds with males accounting for upwards of 70% of the deaths across all ages. Our healthy minds are just as important as our healthy bodies. We need this to be a priority. It is okay to not be okay. You are not alone.
