An event every day that begins at 10:00 am, repeating until September 11, 2016
Chillicothe Festival of the Antique to benefit historic St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. This new event is one that will throw open historic doors of Chillicothe, Ohio’s first state capital, to a weekend pilgrimage to be savored by antiques and history lovers from near and far.
A new antiques event, the Chillicothe Festival of the Antique, will grace the halls of the architecturally significant 1820’s Elks Lodge, the first capital’s original bank. Here you will find a group of more than twenty-five select antique professionals, selling a wide array of items ranging from furniture, art porcelains, silver and rugs to country primitives. All items are guaranteed.
This late summer pilgrimage to the birthplace of Ohio statehood will include a Friday evening preview gala. Lectures by highly respected historians and antiques experts, walking tours of the city and entry into some of her most historic buildings.
Lectures during the course of the day. Garth’s Auctions will conduct an appraisal clinic onsite during the course of the show. For more information, please contact Jay Melrose at (740) 656-3726.
