The 7th annual Adena Colon Cancer Awareness 5K Run/Walk is Saturday, March 28 at Yoctangee Park. The 5K Run/Walk starts at 11 a.m. with packet pick-up and registration opening at 10 a.m. at the Easter Seals Shelter House near the Pump House Art Gallery.

There is a $15 per person entry fee which includes a t-shirt and raffle ticket to enter for a chance to win door prizes. Proceeds from the Adena Colon Cancer Awareness 5K Run/Walk benefit the Adena Health Foundation’s Cancer Care Fund. The Fund provides assistance to the Adena Cancer Center in purchasing advanced medical equipment, funding patient initiatives and sponsoring support groups.
