Get Grounded: Earth Day Restorative Yoga

Slow down and take some time to ground and connect to the Earth, de-stress, and stabilize your energy. In this class, your body will be supported by cushions, blankets, and blocks. This will allow your joints to gently open and stretch while you relax. Our practice will also include breathing techniques (pranayama), gentle movement, and guided meditation. Great for ALL levels of physical ability, this class includes a special gift to take home. Dress in layers and feel free to bring your favorite pillow or blanket.
