Please join us at Adena Mansion and Garden’s for a day of tranquility and relaxation, while you enjoy the benefits of Yoga with the view that was the inspiration for the Great Seal of the State of Ohio, “The Overlook”. Yoga at the Overlook will be taught by a Certified Yoga Instructor that will consist of a Yoga Class that will allow you to relax and de-stress, increase strength and flexibility and also how learn to breathe properly.
