Join us for our annual SPOOKY (but not TOO spooky) Halloween Party and Parade for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Dress your little ones in costume and join us for stories, songs, games and a craft. Then we’ll have a costume parade through the library, and staff will hand out treats!
