Does your child enjoy being outdoors and have a fascination with insects that fly, creep or crawl? Adena Mansion and Garden’s own Braeden Conaway will get the kids outside for some exercise and fresh air while they explore the world of arthropods that live around the grounds of Adena. Arthropods at Adena is part of the 2016 Children’s Lecture Series and is designed to encourage, assist and educate children on the fundamental basics of collecting, preserving and displaying their favorite insects. Arthropods at Adena will take place at 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 12, 2016. This lecture is offered at no cost and is open to children of all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.
