1st Thursday Drafts for Dollars partnership between the First Capital Rotary Club and the Pour House continues. This month we are raising money to “End Polio Now!”

Rotary International and their partners have reduced polio cases by 99.9% worldwide since their first project to vaccinate children in the Philippines in 1979. Since then, Rotary has helped to immunize more than 2.5 billion children against polio in 122 countries.

When you purchase a draft beer (pint or flight) during Draft$ 4 Dollar$, the Pour House will donate $1 and the First Capital Rotary will match $1. That’s $2 raised for every draft you enjoy.

A dose of vaccination costs about $0.60. That means for every draft you enjoy, you are supporting the purchase of more than 3-doses of vaccination. Our goal with your support is to raise enough money to purchase 500 doses of vaccinations.
