New to yoga? Want to return to the basics? Strip away intimidation and learn the elements of yoga in this special series. Join instructor Cassandra Sharp as she teaches proper alignment with basic poses, the importance of breath and coordination of your breath with movement, how to put together a flow, and how to break down the components of a sun salutation to improve or begin a Vinyasa practice.
