We are excited to team up with Naz Vineyard & Winery to bring you this special and fun event! Join Mandy and Lynne for an hour long, all levels, Vinyasa flow class. You will have two passionate instructors guiding you into posture, meditation, and providing gentle hands on assists, aromatherapy and Reiki. We’ll move our bodies, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company, complete with a delicious glass of wine.
