Join us for the sweetest day of the year.. Valentine’s Day, of course! We have put together a six course tasting menu that will have you and your sweetheart falling in love all over again. Cook along side the one you love… while our experts show you how to prepare these elegant small plates. First course… a fresh Italian sweet cream crostini with fig and cocoa sauce. Second course… hand filled heart shaped Portobello mushroom and ricotta ravioli in a brown butter sauce. Third course… herbed lamb lollipops on bed of fresh greens. Fourth course… chicken satay served with a spicy peanut sauce. Fifth course… citrus prawns with a strawberry and jalapeno. Sixth course… a beautiful variety of handmade truffles. Each one of our courses last 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise stated. Sips, snacks and tastes are provided during class time. Please let staff know of any dietary restrictions prior to class time.
