Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help:

  • Improve balance & physical function
  • Enhance social and mental well-being
  • Improve Confidence in conducting daily activities
  • Reduce fall-related risks and injuries
  • Maintain independence
  • Improve quality of life

Adults: Join us for an introduction. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Our guest presenter is Pam Nichols, a certified Tai Chi instructor through the Tao Academy of Kansas City.
